Name: Miakis

Age and Birthday: 22, (actual age in RP yrs, if she lived through the timeline- 58). 23rd Jan, IS. 427
Appearance: Brown hair, brown eyes, petite, and rather boyish-looking.
Personality: Overall, Miakis is a mischievous, laid-back, and very carefree. She loves teasingpeople and is overly fond of people who can be easily teased (a.k.a. Lymsleia).She also enjoys making up and telling strange stories, especially to extremely gullible people. Because of this, she has learned to hone her natural acting abilities… to the point wherein people can almost never tell if she’s playing a joke or if she’s being serious.
At the same time,Miakis has a gentle and serious side that she only shows to a select few. She’s exceedingly loyal to her duties as a Queen’s Knight and deeply attached to and overprotective of Lymsleia to the point that she will not permit any male, with the exception of Ferid and the Prince, to approach her beloved charge if they don’t “meet up to standards”. Anyone attempting to do so, will meet a painful and horrible death (if she’s feeling generous that is…).
Weapons: Miakis has a pair of daggers called“Swallowtail”.
Skills/Special Abilities: Aside from her sharp wit, Miakis is mostly a strong fighter. She doesn’t excel with any traditional female domestic duties, not because she lacks ability, but mostly lacks the desire to do so. Though if forced to live on her own or be stranded in the wilderness, her training both as a Queen’s Knight and growing up with the Dragon Calvary as a child makes her survival skills more than competent. Miakisis also an excellent dragon horse rider, and has a great fondness of dragon horses since childhood. It wouldprobably translate well to a regular horse… though she never really tried.
Other Abilities: It is a little known fact that Miakis has a fairly good singing voice and a competent dancer.Though she prefers to keep those skills not known for some reason or other. And while she doesn’t show this ability often due to her duties, Miakis has a high tolerance for alcohol. In her circle of friends who belong in the Dragon Calvary, she is known to out drink all the cadets and even a certain senior officer, whose names will not be mentioned to protect their dignity.
Runes: She carries a Sheild Rune on her righthand, a Rage Rune on her left, and a Mother Earth Rune on her head.
Weaknesses: Dragon horses and dragon horse racing.Miakis looses all composure when it comes to dragon horses. She would die rather than admit it aloud, but Miakis also quite fond of cute underwear.
History(include any modifications for RPG purposes): (Note: This Miakis is from the timeline after the Sun Rune war, but before Lym disappeared and ended up in this RP).
Since she was little, Miakis always wanted to become a member of the Dragon Calvary like her father. She also had the natural ability and talent to become one. But since women were not permitted to join the Dragon Calvary, Miakis’ father sent her to Sol Falena to train as a Queen’s Knight and was eventually assigned to become Lymsleia's bodyguard.
Miakis is also the childhood fried of Roog and Rahal, both who claims that the tomboyish Miakis has beaten them (or beat them up) when they were children. She’s also close to Dragon Calvary Commander, Craig Laden, who was a close friend of her father’s and whom she sees as an “uncle”.
After the events of the Falenan civil war and Lymsleia was restored as rightful queen of the Queendom, Miakis remained by Lymsleia’s side, though technically no longer her personal body guard, but rather as a loyal Queen’s Knight, friend (older sister figure) and confidant. Life has been relatively peaceful in the backdrop of rebuilding Falena. Her long missing parents have returned briefly from their leisure tour so Miakis was ordered to take a leave from her duties and spend a few weeks in Sauronix Castle for a well deserved vacation.
She was eventually persuaded to temporarily leave her post. Miakis was enjoying herself during a friendly bout of dragon horse racing with Roog and a group of young cadets by Gordius village when an accident happened. Miakis was thrown off her horse and fell into the mysterious Feitas River…
